Please present a valid ID (passport/CCCD) and a photo of your driver's license to pick up the car.
Car renters need to be at least 18 years old, able to drive vehicles safely; Foreign visitors are required to have a valid international driver's license.
In case customers need to deliver the car to the door, the store will collect a surcharge for car delivery, the specific fee is notified directly at the time of delivery and receipt of the car.
For customers who rent a car for 03 days or more, the store supports free car delivery at the airport.
For customers who rent a car for 06 days or more, the store supports free car delivery within the inner city of Ho Chi Minh City.
The service may be adjusted or changed depending on weather conditions, especially in the event of rainstorms or unsafe road conditions.
COMMON INCLUSIONS
The exact vehicle model booked by the customer will be provided, with guaranteed quality and thorough inspection and maintenance completed before handover.
Each rental includes 02 standard safety helmets, 02 raincoats, and 01 liter of fuel already prepared in the vehicle for use throughout the rental period.
Timely technical support is available during the rental period whenever needed.
A quick vehicle replacement will be arranged in the event of technical issues caused by the vehicle itself.
The rental contract is clear and transparent, with simple procedures that help customers save time.
COMMON NOT INCLUDED
IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE USE
Please come directly to Minh Khang Motorbike store at the address provided to receive the bike and accompanying accessories.
Please make a deposit for your CCCD (for Vietnamese passengers) and a photo of your passport (for foreigners) and the deposit amount corresponding to each type of vehicle. The deposit and CCCD will be fully refunded when the customer returns the car in its original condition and does not incur compensation costs (if any).
Pick-up time is from 08:00 – 22:00. The rental period is calculated in a 24-hour cycle or according to the number of days registered, the time of returning the car coincides with the original pick-up time.
During use, if there is a technical problem or accident, please contact the support phone number listed on the voucher for timely guidance and support.
The customer is responsible for complying with the Road Traffic Law. Minh Khang Motorbike is not liable for violations, penalties or damages arising from customers violating traffic regulations.
Additional costs (if any) will be specifically notified and paid at the end of the service.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation before 1 the date of use, the penalty is 100 % of the purchase price.

Unexpected incidents arise from the store such as the car has a technical problem, does not ensure safety to hand over or the actual number of cars is not enough due to force majeure situations.
