Payment and Refund Policy

Article 1. (Scope of Application)

This policy applies to all service booking and payment transactions conducted through the Combobooking website (https://combobooking.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).
By making a booking on the Platform, the customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this policy.

Article 2. (Role of the Platform)

1.   Combobooking is an e-commerce intermediary platform that connects customers with service providers.

2.   The Platform is not the direct provider of services, and all service delivery and refund conditions are subject to the policies of the service providers.

3.   Combobooking acts as an intermediary providing payment and booking systems, and the final decision regarding refunds rests with the service provider.

Article 3. (Payment Methods)
Customers may make payments using the following methods:

     ·      Domestic ATM cards
·      International credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, etc.)
·      E-wallets (if integrated into the system)
·      Bank transfer
·      Other payment methods provided by the Platform

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment systems.

Article 4. (Payment Confirmation)
A payment is considered completed when all of the following conditions are met:

1.   Payment is successfully authorized by the payment system

2.   The customer receives a booking confirmation email or voucher

If the payment has been deducted but no confirmation is received, the customer should contact customer support for verification and assistance.

Article 5. (Cancellation Policy)

1.   Cancellation and modification conditions vary depending on each service provider, including:

     ·      Hotels
·      Tours
·      Attraction tickets
·      Transportation services
·      Other travel services

2.   Cancellation eligibility, fees, and refund conditions are based on the information displayed on the service detail page.

3.   Customers are responsible for reviewing the cancellation conditions before making a booking.

Article 6. (Refund Eligibility)
Refunds may be granted only when all of the following conditions are met:

1.   The provider’s cancellation conditions are satisfied

2.   The booking has been successfully paid

3.   One of the following applies:

     ·      The customer’s cancellation request is accepted

Article 7. (Non-Refundable Cases)
Refunds may be restricted or not available in the following cases:

     ·      The cancellation deadline has passed
·      The product is marked as “non-refundable”
·      Change of mind by the customer
·      The service has been partially used
·      The service cannot be used due to the customer’s fault
·       Incorrect booking information (date, number of people, etc.)

Article 8. (Refund Processing Time)

     ·      The refund processing time is generally 7 to 15 business days.
·      The actual time of refund may vary depending on the payment method and the processing time of the bank or financial institution.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used by the customer.

Article 9. (Fees and Charges)
The following costs may be deducted from the refund amount:

     ·      Cancellation fees imposed by the service provider
·      Payment processing fees (if non-refundable)
·      Exchange rate differences or financial fees incurred during the refund process
·      Other incurred costs

Article 10. (Payment Information Security)

     ·      Combobooking does not store customers’ payment details.
·      All transactions are processed through secure, certified payment systems.
·      Combobooking is not responsible for any risks arising from the customer’s negligence in handling payment information.

Article 11. (Dispute Resolution)

     ·      Disputes related to payments and refunds shall first be resolved through mutual agreement between the parties.
·      Combobooking acts as an intermediary to facilitate communication between customers and service providers.
·      If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be handled in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.

Article 12. (Force Majeure)
In cases where services cannot be provided due to force majeure events, refund, modification, or service provision conditions may be determined separately, including but not limited to:

     ·      Natural disasters
·      Epidemics or pandemics
·      War or civil unrest
·      Government policies or regulations
·      Other circumstances beyond control

In such cases, the Platform may coordinate with the service provider to support customers with:

     ·      Rescheduling
·      Alternative services
·      Limited refunds in accordance with applicable policies

Article 13. (Customer Responsibilities)
Customers are responsible for:

     ·      Providing accurate booking information
·      Reviewing cancellation policies before booking
·      Complying with service usage conditions
