By making a booking on the Platform, the customer is deemed to have read,
understood, and agreed to all terms of this policy.

1. Combobooking is an
e-commerce intermediary platform that connects customers with service
providers.
2. The Platform is not
the direct provider of services, and all service delivery and refund conditions
are subject to the policies of the service providers.
3. Combobooking acts as
an intermediary providing payment and booking systems, and the final decision
regarding refunds rests with the service provider.

3. (Payment Methods)
Customers may make
payments using the following methods:

If the payment has
been deducted but no confirmation is received, the customer should contact

5. (Cancellation Policy)
1. Cancellation and
modification conditions vary depending on each service provider, including:

2. Cancellation

6. (Refund Eligibility)
Refunds may be granted
only when all of the following conditions are met:

3. One of the following
applies:

7. (Non-Refundable Cases)
Refunds may be

store customers’ payment details.
· All transactions are

Combobooking
is not responsible for any risks arising from the customer’s negligence in
handling payment information.

11. (Dispute Resolution)
· Disputes related to
payments and refunds shall first be resolved through mutual agreement between
the parties.
· Combobooking acts as
an intermediary to facilitate communication between customers and service
providers.

If
no agreement is reached, disputes shall be handled in accordance with the laws
of Vietnam.

12. (Force Majeure)
In cases where
services cannot be provided due to force majeure events, refund, modification,
or service provision conditions may be determined separately, including but not
limited to:
· Natural disasters
· Epidemics or pandemics
· War or civil unrest
· Government policies or
regulations

Other
circumstances beyond control
In such cases, the
Platform may coordinate with the service provider to support customers with:
· Rescheduling
· Alternative services

Limited
refunds in accordance with applicable policies

13. (Customer Responsibilities)
Customers are
responsible for:
· Providing accurate
booking information
· Reviewing cancellation
policies before booking

Complying
with service usage conditions
